Haji Sons group (Agriculture div) is seeking a Human Resource intern to be based in our Cavalry Ground, Lahore location.
Location: Cavalry ground Lahore
Department: Human Resource
Reports to: Manager Human resource
Length of Service: 8-10 Weeks
Compensation: Monthly Stipend
Learning Objectives/Task goals:
- Assist with all aspects of recruitment
- Assist with new hire packets
- Create new hire personnel files
- Respond to employment inquiries in a timely manner
- Assist with benefits administration as needed
- Assist with all employee special events
- Attend seminars and meetings relative to the HR profession
- Keeps all personal information filed properly
- Mail out offer letters and orientation paperwork
Minimum Education/Skills/Experience/Credentials:
- Must have completed a minimum of 1 years of college with a major in Human Resources, Economics, Business or
- Organizational Development.
- Must have the ability to maintain the confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities.
- Good interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be proficient in Word and Excel.

Sales Department
Haji Sons group (Agriculture div) is seeking a Sales Intern to be based in our Cavalry Ground, Lahore location.
Location: Cavalry ground Lahore
Department: Sales
Reports to: Deputy Manager Sales
Length of Service: 8-10 Weeks
Compensation: Monthly Stipend
Learning Objectives/Task goals:
- Effective communication with Haji Sons Customer Base and field staff
- Receive, Create and dispatch sales orders
- Weekly reconciliation of stock
- Arrange delivery for goods against sales orders
- Account Management and Customer Service for Specific Customer Base
- Data Input and Migration to CRM & ERP Systems
Minimum Education/Skills/Experience/Credentials:
- Must have completed a minimum of 1 years of college with a major in Human Resources, Economics, Business or
- Organizational Development.
- Must have the ability to maintain the confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities.
- Good interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Marketing Department
Haji Sons group (Agriculture div) is seeking a Marketing Intern to be based in our Cavalry Ground, Lahore location.
Location: Cavalry ground Lahore
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Assistant Manager Marketing
Length of Service: 8-10 Weeks
Compensation: Monthly Stipend
Learning Objectives/Task goals:
- Assisting in coordinating all on-field promotions and deals.
- Helping create new and effective on-field promotions.
- Helping deliver marketing material across the markets.
- Calls to field staff (FO’s) for farmer meetings, attendance, and App usage.
- Helping with social media outlets when directed by the Director of Marketing.
- Organize and Analyze data received by the field staff
- Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Performing market analysis and research on competition
Minimum Education/Skills/Experience/Credentials:
- Must have completed a minimum of 1 years of college with a major in Human Resources, Economics, Business or
- Organizational Development.

Haji Sons group (Agriculture div) is seeking a Finance and Accounting Intern to be based in our Cavalry Ground, Lahore location.
Location: Cavalry ground Lahore
Department: Accounting/Finance
Reports to: Manager Finance
Length of Service: 8-10 Weeks
Compensation: Monthly Stipend
Learning Objectives/Task goals:
- Under close supervision, follows established procedures in performing accounting duties of limited scope and complexity requiring professional knowledge of accounting theory and principles.
- Displays knowledge and ability to apply standard techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related accounting tasks.
- Compiles information for posting to the general ledger; assist in the preparation of invoices.
- Assists in the preparation of schedules of monthly billing statements for clients and/or assists in payroll functions.
- Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment.

- Must have completed a minimum of 1 years of college with a major in Human Resources, Economics, Business or
