HajiSons Signed MOU with USAID
HajiSons Group & USAID Together for PATTA (Pakistan Agricultural Technology Transfer Activity)
The Pakistan Agricultural Technology Transfer Activity is a United States Agency for International Development (USAID) funded 4-year project. The project seeks to improve agricultural productivity in Pakistan by scaling private sector solutions. This would result in an increased income and employment of target populations.
Haji Sons is proud to be a partner of PATTA Project. Focusing especially on high-quality vegetable seed introduction, awareness, and commercialization in the target areas- that are rich in vegetable cultivation potential but lack quality input technologies, including seeds, fertilizers, high-efficiency irrigation systems, and good agriculture practices.
Gilgit Baltistan is rich in organic dry fruit production but due to use of sulfur and other chemical fumigants, farmers are not getting the organic or premium prices. HajiSons plans to introduce their organic post-harvest drying + storage solutions to revive the organic dry fruit market of Pakistan.
Stay tuned for more updates.
