The PADP (Pakistan Agriculture Development Project) is working on value chains development of four commodities namely Chili, Tomato, date, and Banana, in Sindh and Punjab Provinces. It aims at value creation and development by addressing Pre-and Post production constraints through improved access to inputs and technology, value addition (processing) and market linkages. PADP provides technical services for capacity building to the producers of tomato. Under PADP, Haji Sons Staff worked closely with the value chain specialists and trained producers (using cluster/FFS approach) and input/technology suppliers. 11,520 beneficiaries so far and HajiSons intend to empower many more in the future.
